LOUISIANA AVENUE — MARDI GRAS PARTY

Louisiana Avenue returns to Nefertiti for a party you won’t want to miss. Paying tribute to one of the world’s biggest carnivals, perhaps Sweden’s finest live band invites you to a dazzling Mardi Gras Party where anything can happen. This year, they also arrive with a brand-new EP.

The group draws from New Orleans’ rich musical melting pot: soul, jazz, funk, blues and Latin American rhythms. Alongside colourful stage outfits, the carnival atmosphere comes alive through inflatable unicorns, parades through the audience, Mardi Gras beads, parasols and flamboyant costume changes. Together, it becomes a party where everyone is welcome.

Behind the joyful, uninhibited performances lies a heartfelt philosophy of love, founded on the inclusion of EVERYONE. Whatever your age, background or physical abilities, you are warmly welcome in Louisiana Avenue’s world. Everyone comes along!
